EESystem Session Information

Our guidelines to keep in mind to ensure a positive and effective experience
  • Preparation for your session

    • Please arrive 15 min. prior to your scheduled time to allow time to check in prior to your session.
    • A minimum of two hours is recommended to start your body on its healing journey.
    • Please don’t use perfumes or oils as some guests are sensitive to strong scents.
    • Dress comfortably with plenty of layers to adjust to the temperature of the EESystem room. It is recommended that you bring a blanket and wear socks if you typically feel cold. We prefer a slightly cooler environment to facilitate deeper sleep. Also, your body tends to cool down as you relax.
    • Street shoes are not allowed in the room. Please bring socks or a pair of comfortable slippers. Shoes will be stored in the lockers or provided shoe rack.
    • Lights will be dim, but you can bring an eye mask for complete darkness, or you can purchase one at our center upon your arrival.
    • Please be mindful when coming into the Center and EESystem space, soft voices are kindly requested.
    • All sessions must be prepaid in total prior to the start of your session.

  • During your session

    • Come into the session with an open mind and heart. Prepare good intensions and affirmations of what you want to achieve in your EESystem session! Your body is more willing to accept physical and emotional healing if you trust your own natural healing power. Meditation is a great way to tap into that power.
    • Please be mindful of others in the healing zone. Silence is required since there will be people trying to sleep or meditate.
    • No food or beverages are allowed in the room.
    • Mobile devices and other electronics are not allowed and preferred storage is in the locker space.
    • Purses and other personal belongings should be stored in the locker space.
    • You can use the restroom as often as needed during the session.
    • Please do not rearrange the furniture.
    • Please be mindful when moving about in the EESystem room. The screen towers are precisely aligned and calibrated to create the field. Please do not touch the screens or computers.
    • The best way to experience the benefits while in the EESystem room is to rest. Sleeping, reading, meditating and silent prayer ae all wonderful ways to spend your time while you are here.
    • Finally get ready for the deepest sleep/meditation of your life and start to allow your body to heal itself!

  • Overnight Session

    We offer 2 different timing “slots” for overnight stays for up to 10 hours

    • 8pm to 6am
    • 9pm to 7am

    Please ensure you arrive by your scheduled time as the door will be locked for the safety of our clients and staff. If you must leave prior to your time slot being complete, you will not be allowed to return for that booked session.

    What you will need to bring

    • Sheets
    • Pillows
    • Blankets
    • or sleeping bag

    We will provide blow up air mattresses.

    Payment is due at time of booking.

    No show fee is 20% of the total price of the booking.
